Since 1971, the Helen and Michael Schaffer Extended Care Center (SECC) at Sound Shore Medical Center has provided exceptional care for members of families just like yours. We offer skilled medical care for 100 residents who are no longer able to live independently. In addition, our highly-rated comprehensive service also includes short-term rehabilitation for 50 patients recovering from heart surgery, heart attacks, strokes and orthopaedic surgery.
